Aromatic Beef Rendang
Ingredients:550g beef, cut into bite-size portionsIngredients to be blended:A:14 dried chilies, pre-soaked15 shallots6 cloves garlic2cm/pc galangal root2cm/pc ginger1cm/pc yellow ginger2 ½ -3tbs cooking oilB:½ - ¾ cup water mix together¼ cup instant cream coconut powderC:15g palm sugar½ cup toasted coconut1-2pcs turmeric leaves, finely slicedSalt to tasteMethod:1. Fragrant blended ingredients A on power High for 8 minutes or until aromatic.2. Stir in beef portions, cook on power High for 2 minutes.3. Add ingredients B, cook on power High for 5 minutes.4.
