Butter Cake
Ingredients:150 g self raising flour1 tsp baking powder sifted togetherPinch of salt150 g butter130 g caster sugar240 g (4) eggs, beaten1 tbs milk1 tsp vanilla essenceMethod:Line and grease a 20cm ring cake pan.Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually beat in eggs and essence.CAKESlowly fold in sifted flour alternating with 1 tbs of milk. Mix cake mixture well and pour into greased ring pan.Place cake pan over oven rack. Bake under One Touch Menu : tap Convention Browning pad 5 times. And press Start padWhen cake is done, invert cake to cool on a rack and transfer onto an attractive serving dish.Taken from “National Microwave/Convection Cookbook
