Ingredients:Caramel:A: 80g sugar2 ½ tbs water2 drops lime juiceKaya:B: 50g sugar120ml coconut milk235g eggs1 tbs margarineMethod:Combined ingredients A in 16 cm casserole and cook on power High, uncovered for 4 ½ -5 minutes to make caramel.Combined sugar, coconut milk and egg. Sieve through strainer.Combined caramel and egg mixture in 19cm casserole.Cook on power Medium, uncovered for 3 ½ minutes. Stir every minute.Then cook on power Medium, uncovered for 2 minutes, stir every 20 seconds.When done, stir in margarine.
