Ingredients:A: 200g sweetened condenses milk200g desiccated coconut1 tsp vanilla essencea few drops red/greed or yellow coloringMethod:Grease a 14 cm square pan, set aside.Place ingredients A in a microwave safe bowl, mix well.Cook uncovered on power Medium for 4 minutes, stirring every now and then.Continue cooking on power High for another 2 minutes, stirring every now and then.Press cooked coconut mixture onto greased pan firmly.
