Ingredients:500g fish (black pomfret cleaned and cut into 5 pieces)200g tomato (cut into 5 pieces)1 cup water½ tbs tamarind juice1tsp saltA:60g big onion (sliced)26g ginger/garlic (chopped)4tbs oil1 sprig curry leaves1 ½ tbs chilli powder2 pip cardamon2 cloves¼ tsp fenugreek2tsp coriander seedsMethod:1. Combined ingredients A and fry in a casserole on power High, uncovered for 6 minutes.2. Add in water, tamarind juice, salt, fish slice and tomato.3.
