Devonshire Roast Beef
Ingredients:600g striploinA:1 ½ tbs regular season all1tsp lea and perrins sauce1tsp rosemary1tsp cooking oil3. potatoes, cut into wedgesB:2. small carrots, cut into wedges200g asparagus, cut into 3cm lengthMethod:To roast beef:1. Marinate beef with ingredients A for 2-3 hours. Place onto a plate with potato around the meat.2. Put to roast on Combination 4 for about 15-18 minutes or under One Touch Menu - : press Convection Browning pad once, tap Serving/Weight pad once, and press Start pad.To cook vegetables:3. Place carrots in the outer ring of the microwave safe plate with asparagus in the center. Sprinkle with some water and cover with microwave save plastic wrap.4. Cook on power High for 2-3 minutes or until tender.5.
