Fried Crabs

Ingredients:4(500g) crabs (remove shell, clean crabs and cut to halves)1pc egg (beaten)Spring onions and parsley for garnishingA:100g big onion (chopped)30g ginger (chopped)3 ½ tbs oilB:130g tomato (sliced)3tbs tomato sauce3tbs water½ tsp salt½ tsp sugarMethod:1. Combined ingredients A and fry in a casserole on power High, uncovered for 6 minutes.2. Add in ingredients B and crabs.3. Cover and cook on power High for 6 minutes.4. Stir in beaten egg and cook on power High, covered for 2 minutes.5. Garnish with spring onion and parsley and serve hot.Makes: 4-6 servingsTaken from “National Microwave/Convection Cookbook
