Lasagna

Ingredients:125g lasagna noodles (precooked)30g grated parmesan cheese for topping30g grated mozzarella cheeseMeat SauceA:250g Australian minced beef1 celery, chopped1 bombay onion, chopped1 tomato, chopped¼ cup button mushroom, chopped1tsp garlic powder1tsp parsley flakes1tsp oregano1tsp rosemary1tsp thyme1tsp black peppercorn2 ½ cups concentrated tomato pureeSalt and pepper to tasteCheese sauce:1x35g pkt cheese sauce mix1cup milk½ tsp nutmeg powder¼ tsp pepperMethod:1. Boil water for 10 minutes. Cook lasagna for 10 minutes. Remove.2. Place ingredients A in a casserole dish and mix well. Cover and cook on power Medium for 25 minutes.Prepare cheese sauce:3. Pour cheese sauce mixture in a microwave safe dish and cook on power High for 2 minutes until the mixture thickened, stirring occasionally. Set aside.4. Preheat oven to 180° C on Convection Bake function.5. Place half of the meat in a casserole dish, layer with lasagna noodles.6. Top with remaining meat and another layer of lasagna noodles.7. Spread cheese sauce on top and sprinkle with parmesan and mozzarella cheese.8.
