Ingredients;100g peanuts, coarsely chopped1 egg, beatenA: 100g plain flour100g margarine/butter, melted75g sugarMethod:Preheat oven to 180° C on Convection Bake function.Mix together ingredients A with chopped peanuts and knead to smooth dough.Roll into small balls and place onto greased baking tray.Place baking tray on over rack and bake at 180° C for 10-15 minutes or until cooked.Glaze cookies with beaten egg at the last minutes.Makes: 2 ½ dozen of cookies.Taken from “National Microwave/Convection Cookbook
