Secret Parcels
Ingredients:6 chicken drumstick (prick skin with fork)1-2tbs garlic season all450g frozen puff pastry, thawed1 egg yolk, brushingMethod:1. Marinate drumstick with garlic season all for about 20 minutes or overnight in the fridge.2. Partially cook drumstick on Combination 4 for about 10 minutes. Leave drumstick to cool well.3. Preheat oven to 230° C on Convention Bake function.4. Roll thawed frozen puff pastry into 0.5cm thick on a lightly floured board. Cut pastry into 6 long strips of 3cm width.5. Wrap each strip of pastry over partially cooked drumstick forming a seal well. Place in a greased tray, brush with egg yolk.6. Bake 'secret Parcels' in preheated oven at 230° C for 15 minutes and reduce to 200° C for another 15 minutes or until pastry is done.7.
