Spice Layer Cake

Ingredients:Spice layer:A: 100g butter90g castor sugar60g egg yolkB: 95g self raising flour5g mix space5g cocoa powder5tbs milk110g egg whitePlain Layer:A: 100g butter90g castor sugar60g egg yolkB: 105g self-raising flour5tbs milk110g egg whiteMethod:Cream butter and sugar till mixture is light and fluffy.Add egg yolks to cream mixture, beating mixture until well blended.Fold in flour and milk alternately until completely combined.Whisk egg white till stiff and fold gently into cake mixture.Steam in 24 cm round microwave cake pan on power High for 4 minutes 10 seconds.Standing time: 10 minutes covered with paper towel.Do the same for the other layer.When the cakes are cold, slice each cake into 2 layers and sandwich the flour layers with whipped cream.
