Sambal Beef Semur

Ingredients:600g beef (thinly sliced)¼ cup waterA: (to be blended with 4tbs, oil)100g small onion20g garlic10g dried chilli (soaked)10g galangal root10g candle nut8g lemon grassB:150g big onion (thinly sliced)160g tomato (cut into wedges)¼ cup thick coconut milk1tsp saltMethod:1. Fry blended ingredients A in a casserole, stirring occasionally, on power High, uncovered for 6 minutes.2. Add in water and beef slices.3. Cover and cook on power Medium for 8 minutes.4.
